These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Beacon Payroll Portal at payroll.beaconengineers.com (the "Portal"), operated by Beacon Engineering Resources ("Beacon," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.
The Portal is a private tool for Beacon's contractors and administrators. It is intended only for authorized users in connection with Beacon payroll. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and to be responsible for activity under your account.
The Portal lets contractors submit weekly timesheets and expenses and lets administrators review, approve, and export that data for payroll (which is run separately). The Portal collects and approves hours and expenses; it is not itself the payroll or tax engine.
You agree to provide accurate information, including your legal name exactly as shown on your government-issued ID (required for payroll accuracy), and truthful timesheet and expense submissions.
Providing your mobile number and checking the alerts box during signup is optional. If you opt in, you agree to receive automated, action-needed text messages from Beacon about your own timesheets and expenses (for example, when a submission is returned or rejected). Consent to receive texts is not a condition of your engagement with Beacon or of using the Portal.
Message frequency varies based on your submission activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Portal, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it for any purpose other than Beacon payroll. Administrator access is limited to what each administrator's role permits.
We work to keep the Portal available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses arising from unavailability, delays, or errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The exported payroll data should be reconciled through Beacon's normal payroll process.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
